FAQ

We are a mobile repair company that is capable of repairing the majority of blinds on-site, however, occasionally we have to take the blind back to our shop in order to complete the repair. 

If the blinds need to be repaired at our shop, additional costs will apply.

The service charge is necessary to cover the cost of gas/mileage and our time of driving our mobile repair vehicles to your home or business. 

*** If we come to your home or business and you decide that you do not want us to complete the repair or if the repair cant be made because parts are no longer available or for any reason the repair cannot be made, the service charge MUST be paid***

The majority of blinds can be repaired by us, however occasionally we come across a very old or a obscure blind, shade or shutter that parts are no longer made, therefore unable to be repaired. 

Another type of repair that we are unable to complete are torn, ripped or seperated cellular shades. 

No. You do NOT have to take down your blinds for us. All we ask is that you move any objects or anything that would interfere with us getting to the the window blind. 

Yes. The minimum is $200 to use a credit card. All repairs under $200 MUST be paid in cash
