Can all blinds or shades be repaired or installed?

Not all blinds and shades can be repaired or installed. Sometimes the age of the product, discontinued or unavailable parts, or other technical issues make it impossible to complete the work.

What types of blinds and shades do you service?

We specialize in repairing and installing high-end brands such as Hunter Douglas, Graber, and other premium window treatments.

We do not service off-the-shelf or budget blinds typically sold at big-box stores like Home Depot, Lowe’s, IKEA, etc.

What areas do you cover?

We cover most of Nassau and Suffolk Counties. We do not offer services in some parts of eastern Suffolk or western Nassau, please call to confirm if we service your area.

Do you charge a service fee if you can’t repair or install?

Not all blinds and shades can be serviced due to age, discontinued parts, or other technical issues.
That said, we’re able to repair or install the vast majority of high-quality blinds and shades.
If we visit your home and the work can’t be completed, a service fee of $59.99 plus tax applies to cover time and travel.

How long does a typical repair take?

Most repairs are finished within 1 to 2 business days. Some may take a little longer depending on the issue or parts needed. Even the more complex repairs are usually done within 4 to 5 business days.
The only exception is if a part needs to be ordered—some special parts may have extended delivery times.

Do you offer both residential and commercial service?

Yes! We proudly service both homes and businesses throughout most of Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
